If you would like to return or exchange an order purchased via www.hairreview.com.au please follow the steps below;
- Ensure your item has been purchased within the last 30 days ( Due to the nature of our products/items we can not accept any items for exchange or return passed the 30 days period of purchase
- Ensure the product & product packaging is in it’s original & resalable condition

Hair Extension Returns Policy:
- If you would like to return/exchange Hair Review Russian Hair Extensions, these extensions MUST be in their original packaging, due to health & safety reasons we can not accept any hair extensions back if it is not in the original packaging & condition, please ensure the silver bands that bound the extensions together have not been released & are still connected to the original packaging.
- Please ensure you are satisfied with the hair & quality of the hair extensions BEFORE detaching the hair extensions from it’s original packaging
- If you choose to cut, colour or toner Hair Review Russian Hair Extensions in any way, you will do so at your own risk & therefor will not be eligible to return or exchange your hair extensions
